Product Returns Policy

If any item that you’ve ordered from Select Gluten Free arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, or is not the product/s you ordered, simply notify us within 2 days of your delivery. We may ask that you return the product to us, and if a problem is found and/or the product is deemed to be defective or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item/s at no cost to you. Select Gluten Free will also refund or credit the costs incurred by you in sending the unsatisfactory product/s back to us.

Shipping Policy

Select Gluten Free will normally process your order within 1-2 days of its receipt and you should expect your delivery within 7-14 days via Australia Post.

Shipping/postage costs are based on weight and are calculated using Australia Post scales and Select Gluten Free does not charge you a handling fee. Freight costs are calculated by postcode from V2 Zone (3550), for more information please visit Australia Post http://www1.auspost.com.au/pac/aus_parcel.asp

For all Bendigo postcodes - 3550, 3551 3555, an $8.00 flat rate fee applies, please use Bendigo Freight code at checkout.

Australia Post satchels can also be used.  

Most bakery orders are express posted.

Please email us to arrange cash on delivery terms with your preferred freight company, if you choose.            

Any delays encountered once your order leaves our premises are largely beyond our control (eg. natural disaster/postal strike etc.). However, if an order has taken longer than you’d expect, please call us immediately on 0435 051 481, and we will track your order and let you know of its progress. 

Cancellation of an order will only be accepted if you contact Select Gluten Free within 2 days of placing your order.
